End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers "SHMONG Quotes" (the "App"), a private software tool built and operated by SHMONG TV LLC ("SHMONG TV") to create quotes and invoices for its own video production business. By connecting the App to a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the App
The App is for internal use by SHMONG TV and people it authorizes. It is not offered for sale or public use.
2. License
SHMONG TV grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for SHMONG TV business. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the App.
3. QuickBooks connection
When connected, the App may read and create customers, products/services and invoices, and send invoices by email, in the connected QuickBooks Online company. You can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks (Apps → My Apps → Disconnect) or by visiting shmong.tv/quickbooks/disconnect.
4. Your data
Data in your QuickBooks company stays yours. The App uses it only to prepare and send quotes and invoices for SHMONG TV, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy
The App helps draft quotes and invoices. The user is responsible for reviewing amounts, dates and recipients before anything is sent.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SHMONG TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of the App.
8. Termination
SHMONG TV may suspend or end access to the App at any time. Disconnecting from QuickBooks ends the App's access to your QuickBooks data.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
