Loading and parking. Jersey City and Hoboken high-rises often mean garage clearances, freight elevators and loading-dock windows — we ask about these in advance so gear moves smoothly. Suburban campuses and estates are easier: usually close parking and simple load-in.
Noise and light. Waterfront and skyline shots depend on weather and time of day. For interviews and events indoors, we bring our own lighting so we're not at the mercy of a conference room's fluorescents.
Travel time from DUMBO. Jersey City and Hoboken are typically 20–35 minutes from our base outside peak traffic; Newark, Montclair and the Meadowlands are close behind. Princeton and the Route 1 corridor are a longer run, so we plan call times around Holland/Lincoln Tunnel and turnpike congestion. All of it is included in your quote.
Best hours and seasons. For skyline and drone work, the golden hour after sunrise and before sunset gives the cleanest light on Manhattan across the water. Spring and fall are ideal for outdoor weddings and exteriors; summer waterfronts are beautiful but busier. We build the schedule around the shots that matter most to you.

- Delivery. Raw footage lands in 24–48 hours; finished edits in 5–7 business days, with a 48-hour rush available. You get 2 rounds of revisions, and every production includes all raw footage at no extra charge.
